When first-time managers are hired or promoted without the right support, it can lead to confusion, inconsistency, and missed opportunities for team success. This program was designed to equip new Apple managers with the tools, mindset, and communication skills they need from day one.

Crisis Communications
When unexpected situations threaten an organization’s reputation, operations, or safety of its employees and customers, clear, timely communication is critical. This crisis communication plan provided the strategy, structure, and key messaging moments needed to respond confidently, keep stakeholders informed, and minimize impact.

All-Team Meetings
Partnering with senior leadership, I designed a new communications blueprint. This work streamlined the all-team meeting agenda into a dynamic, structured format. The result was a more connected, informed organization where every team's work was highlighted, helping to break down internal silos and foster a culture of gratitude and recognition.
